Helpful Suggestions on Using the Heaven Quiz "Have You Taken the Heaven Quiz?" There is not a more fun tract to give out than the Quiz! tract. We hope you will find that this tract often arouses the curiosity of unbeliever and believer alike. Here are some tips for using it effectively. For daily contacts in stores or other places of business, simply hand the tract to the individual and say, "Have you taken the Heaven Quiz?" Most people will take it out of curiosity and even begin to read it immediately. Occasionally someone might try to refuse it by saying something such as, "No thank you, I've already taken it." If he says that, you could reply, "Did you pass?" His answer to that question often will provide an opportunity to witness or to invite him to church. In some situations such as in a very light, friendly atmosphere, or in a very rushed situation, it may be appropriate to say, "Don't peek! The answers are on the inside!" For close friends or those that you think might not be receptive to a tract, it is most helpful to have your church name, address and phone number printed or stamped on the back. Sometimes an individual will be more open to an invitation to church. Hand him the tract upside down, showing the name of your church and a phone number, or write down your phone number for him to call if he is interested. He will usually not hesitate to take the tract and may read it at a later time in a less intimidating setting. In an instructional setting such as Sunday school or Vacation Bible School the Quiz! tract also can be helpful. In VBS, for example, you can hand out the tract on the first day and have each child put his name at the top. Have the children take the quiz and then hand it in (no peeking inside!) You will immediately have a record of each child's level of understanding of the Gospel. Later, perhaps at the end of the week, you can go back and have them re-take the Quiz! to see if they have understood the Gospel. Possibly the most obvious use of the Quiz! tract would be in leading the lost to Christ. Or, if you have already led a individual to Christ, the Quiz!tract can be very helpful in establishing assurance of salvation in the new believer. After a person has claimed to trust Christ as Savior, you can use the tract to determine if you have clearly communicated to him the truth that salvation is by faith, not by works.
